    Shake vigorously for 5 seconds until the product is evenly mixed before applying. Apply liberally to dry, keeping at a maximum distance of 5 cm from the skin, half an hour before sun exposure. After applying the product, rub it in evenly until it has completely absorbed.

    Example: make sure you spray enough product to cover the entire area. If the amount of product is reduced, so is the protection factor. Re-apply every 2 hours and after sweating, swimming or drying.
